I insisted to speak with a manager because of the conflicting information I had received. By this time, we only had 30 minutes before the scheduled meet and greet time. The box office employee reiterated for us to wait inside. I explained to this employee that the outdoor employee told us that the meet and greet pick up was outdoors. The box office employee then directed us to wait at a table adjacent to the box office and wait to be retrieved for the meet and greet.
We went to the box office to retrieve our tickets only to be told that the tickets were not at that location because the meet and greet organizers had the tickets. I explained that we had the meet and greet VIP and the woman agreed that we should go inside to the box office to pick up our tickets and then come outside to wait for the meet and greet. The woman at that tent told us that the tickets were being distributed inside the casino, at the box office, until 4 PM. We arrived an hour earlier that our meet and greet time and went directly to the outdoor will-call tent. Before traveling to the casino, I telephoned the casino box office and was told that our tickets could be picked up at the outdoor will-call tent. This was an exciting night because the 5 us had upgraded to a VIP meet and greet experience.
Concert was in September, but tickets were purchased in early July. Visited the Soaring Eagle Casino for a concert at their outdoor venue.
